The fee truth: two of our three trading paths were negative after costs
We ran the numbers on our own executions — not the win rate, the friction. On two of three paths, fees ate more than the entire gross profit.

Here things get tested, not believed.
We test signals — the sensible ones and the crazy ones — against real data and publish what survives and what dies. No backtest flattery, no curve fitting behind closed doors. When a thesis falls, you watch it fall. For everyone who wants to know whether there is a method behind a number, or just a good story.
The lead story
Our trading lab learned more about fees in one week than from any textbook: trade geometry decides, not win rate.
A strategy with a 78% win rate can lose money: if the average stop-loss is a multiple of the average take-profit and fees eat most of the gross win, the break-even win rate sits above the real one. That is exactly what we measured in our lab — and we publish the numbers.
