FOMO ("fear of missing out") is the anxiety of missing a rally — the urge to jump in after strong rises. One of trading's most expensive reflexes.
FOMO buys almost always happen near local tops, because it is the risen price that creates the attention. The antidote is a plan that existed BEFORE the move.
How do I recognize my own FOMO?
When your main reason for buying is: "it's going up so fast right now."
