In short
FUD ("fear, uncertainty, doubt") means spread fear and doubt — from legitimate criticism to targeted panic-mongering to push prices down.
The art is telling them apart: some "FUD" was justified warning (FTX), some pure manipulation. Checking sources beats reflexes — in both directions.
Is all criticism of a coin FUD?
No. Whoever dismisses every critique as FUD is usually inside an echo chamber.
