Per the FBI, this blend of romance and investment scam is one of the costliest crypto frauds. Warning signs: unexpected contact, quickly growing closeness, a "secret" tip, and withdrawals that suddenly fail over "taxes" or "fees".

By the order: relationship first, investment tip second. Any new online acquaintance steering you to a platform is a warning sign.
